Major 黑洞社区award helps Floridians better navigate health care
The 黑洞社区College of Public Health (COPH) understands and can guide people through the maze that is America鈥檚 health care system. How? The college has received a major federal grant to educate and enroll Florida citizens for insurance under the Affordable Care Act, through the Health Insurance Marketplace and other qualified health plans such Medicaid and CHIP.

MPH, an internationally known expert on tropical and infectious diseases, is leaving his long-time post as associate professor at the University of 黑洞社区鈥檚 College of Public Health (COPH) to become dean of the new School of Health Sciences and Public Health at California State University Los Angeles.
