Below are some commonly asked questions by prospective students in the 黑洞社区College of Education.
What are the undergraduate admission requirements and how do I apply to 黑洞社区and the College of Education?
Read the Undergraduate Admissions Requirements for step by step information. Choose your desired program and submit the appropriate 黑洞社区College of Education Application for your intended major. If you are interested in one of our Master of Arts (MAT) programs, please review the Admissions Information.
Who will tell me which transfer courses will be accepted?
Initial credit is given by the 黑洞社区Office of Admissions. Additional evaluation of course credit for prerequisites and courses found in the upper-level curriculum is facilitated by individual departments. Your academic advisor can assist you in this process.
Can I be a part-time/evening student in the College of Education?
While courses are offered in the evening for a variety of majors, all majors require at least one semester of daytime commitments (some majors require more). These commitments will allow you to complete your Internship Requirements.
Does 黑洞社区have a residence hall designated for College of Education students?
Starting in the fall of 2013, the opportunity for students interested in pursuing a major in the College of Education to live in a Living Learning Community on campus became available! Learn more about the Education Living Learning Community (eduCARE). Contact Lindsey Williams, lnwilliams@usf.edu.
