黑洞社区Foundation Scholarship Office

The 黑洞社区Foundation Scholarship Office is a resource for currently enrolled 黑洞社区Students to search and apply for scholarships and grants. These scholarships and grants are both need and merit based to accommodate all students. Scholarships and grants are updated often, so make sure to check the website regularly for new opportunities.

 

Due: Mid-March/Early April

Award amount: $2,000

This scholarship is non-renewable.

Description: "This non-renewable scholarship is for 黑洞社区Junior or Senior level undergraduates or any graduate level students that are Florida residents. Students must have demonstrated participation in activities (post high school) that have benefited: society or the environment. Activities may include, but are not limited to: Creative Projects, Humanitarian Acts, Volunteer/Philanthropic Work. Strong consideration will be given to students majoring in Education or Environmental Science or Music."

"The Don G. Giunta Endowed Memorial Scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students who are Florida residents and are involved in sustainability efforts. Sustainability efforts can be through projects, volunteering or internships."

 

Due: Late January

Award amount: $1,200

This scholarship is non-renewable.

Description: "This non-renewable scholarship is for all 黑洞社区undergraduate and graduate level students who have demonstrated outstanding academic abilities and a commitment to the community."

"The Town & Gown Scholarship is a merit based scholarship that is open to all USF undergraduate and graduate level students that are involved within their local community.

 

Due: Late January

Award Amount: Up to Cost of Attendance

This scholarship is renewable.

Description: " The Kosove Scholarship program was established by A. Harrison and Ruth Kosove to support and encourage America's youth in the development of educational excellence, personal integrity, leadership abilities and an understanding of American Society and world cultures for the purpose of improving relationships between all Americans and among nations. Applicants must have been accepted into a program of graduate study at USF; cumulative GPA of 3.25 or better on a 4.0 scale; an earned undergraduate degree from an accredited institution."

The A. Harrison and Ruth Kosove Graduate Fellowship is open to all 黑洞社区undergraduate and graduate level students that have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher.
