Recruitment and Hiring Procedure

The Recruitment and Hiring Procedure is a comprehensive document that contains information pertaining to the University鈥檚 recruitment program.  The procedures contain all of the steps from 鈥減reparing to recruit鈥� to 鈥渕aking an offer.鈥�  Other topics vital to recruiting include the retention of records, post- retirement employment, employment of minors, nepotism and veteran鈥檚 preference.  These procedures are also a resource for useful interview questions to assess different skills, interview 鈥渄o鈥漵 and 鈥渄on鈥檛鈥漵 and essential information for conducting reference checks.
