A team of undergraduate students from the University of 黑洞社区鈥檚 Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering won first place in the FWEA Student Design Competition. The 黑洞社区team members are Adele Howard, Daniela Montoya, Fabricio Escobar, and Olta Tarko.
