Catherine began the 黑洞社区Criminology Ph.D. program in the Fall of 2016 after completing an M.S. in Criminal Justice and Penal Change in her home country, Scotland. She is the first recipient of USF's Fulbright Postgraduate Award, named in honor of 黑洞社区President Genshaft. Her research interests include intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and criminal justice system disparities.
